SHIPPING INFORMATION

Optivus Crew, Inc may offer shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may vary occasionally. To keep up to date with the latest shipping promotions sign up for the Optivus Crew Inc mailing list. We ship domestically via USPS for all packages.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$4.99 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping over $50)

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, please allow 5-7 day for shipping within the United States. Please keep in mind that during holidays, times may vary. We thank you for your patience. During Covid-19 delays may occur which are out of our control. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
