I put the wrong address. Can I change this?

We ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. Optivus crew cannot ensure and guarantee an address change after order has been placed. However, please e-mail us at info@optivuscrew.com (within 24 hours) with the updated address. We will do our best to try to accommodate and changes.

If the change is not made and delivery is unable to be made, it will be returned to us. At that time Optivus Crew will reach out to the customer about reshipment.

When will my order arrive? Will I be able to track it? 

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. An additional 5-7 days for shipping. Orders may be shipped sooner or may be delayed because of holidays and sales. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation number with your tracking number and information.

I just placed an order. Can I change the size or design? Can I add to my order?

Optivus Crew can attempt to modify your order however we cannot guarantee such changes. Reach out to us info@optivuscrew.com within 24 hours with the modifications and we will try our best to fulfill such requests. You will have to go through the return or exchange process.

I want to make a return or exchange? How do I do this?

Merchandise that is unworn, and unwashed can be returned or exchanged for other items sold at Optivus Crew within 30 days of delivery.

Return postage can and will only be paid by Optivus Crew if the oder was improperly completed by Optivus Crew. We reserve the right to refuse requests that do not meet these requirements.
